By using our website or booking any service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Provided

• Domestic Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)

• Retrofit Assessments (PAS 2035)

• Property surveys and related consultancy

• Additional services listed on our website

 

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking & Appointments

​

3.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once you receive written or email confirmation from us.

​

3.2 Access Requirements

You must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time.
If access is not possible, the appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled (see Section 6).

3.3 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate information about the property.
Incorrect or incomplete information may affect the assessment outcome or price.

4. Pricing & Payment

​

4.1 Prices

Prices are listed on our website or provided in writing.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due:

• At the time of booking, or

• On the day of the assessment (unless otherwise agreed)

We accept card payments, bank transfer, and other methods listed on our website.

4.3 Non‑Payment

We reserve the right to withhold EPC lodgement or report delivery until payment is received.

5. EPC & Retrofit Reports

​

5.1 EPC Lodgement

EPCs are lodged with the appropriate accreditation body (e.g., Elmhurst, ECMK).

Once lodged, EPCs cannot be deleted but can be updated with a new assessment.

5.2 Retrofit Assessments

Retrofit reports are produced in accordance with PAS 2035 standards.
We are not responsible for decisions made by Retrofit Coordinators or installers.

5.3 Report Accuracy

Reports are based on the condition and information available at the time of the survey.
We are not liable for changes made after the assessment.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

6.1 Customer Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment without charge.

​

6.2 Late Cancellations / No Access

If you cancel within 24 hours or we cannot access the property, a call‑out fee may apply.

​

6.3 Our Right to Cancel

​

We may cancel or reschedule due to:

• Safety concerns

• Severe weather

• Illness

• Operational issues

 

You will be notified as soon as possible.

7. Website Use

​

7.1 Content Ownership

All content on AssessPlus.co.uk—including text, graphics, logos, and images—is owned by us or licensed to us.

 

7.2 Prohibited Use

You must not:

• Copy or reproduce website content without permission

• Attempt to disrupt or damage the website

• Use the website for unlawful purposes

 

8. Liability

• Losses arising from inaccurate information provided by you

• Delays caused by third parties

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or stop an assessment if we believe the environment is unsafe.
